The Retreat is hosted by the Government of Guyana in Georgetown and will be held over the period February 26 to 28, 2025.

The A3 Mechanism emerged as a coordination mechanism during the 1st High-Level Seminar on Peace and Security in Africa (Oran Seminar) held in Algeria in 2013.

The Meeting was chaired by the Honourable Dr. Vince Henderson, Minister for Foreign Affairs, International Business, Trade and Energy of Dominica. During the meeting, the Foreign Ministers engaged in discussions aimed towards advancing CARICOM foreign relations

Guyana and Qatar sign MOU for Political Consultations on Issues of Mutual Interest

The Honourable Hugh Hilton Todd, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi, Secretary-General, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Political Consultations on Issues of Mutual Interest between the Government of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana and the Government of the State of Qatar.
